Important Notice: SDE Hair Ltd T/A I’m So Pretty will not be held responsible if our recommended Pretty Aftercare products are not used. Customers must follow our official Aftercare Advice to maintain the quality, longevity, and safety of their extensions.
By purchasing from SDE Hair Ltd T/A I’m So Pretty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when shopping with us.
1. General
- SDE Hair Ltd T/A I’m So Pretty supplies human hair extensions to both professional stylists and customers.
- Hair extensions must always be fitted by a professional stylist trained in your chosen method. We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect fitting or installation by unqualified persons.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Descriptions
- We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, colour shades may vary slightly between batches due to manufacturing processes.
- Our colour ring and online shade guide are provided as helpful tools but cannot guarantee a 100% exact match. Lighting and device screens may also affect appearance.
- Unless otherwise stated, all extensions are made from 100% ethically sourced human hair.
3. Aftercare Advice
To maintain quality and achieve the best results:
- Customers must follow our official Aftercare Advice (available on our website).
- We recommend using only Pretty Aftercare products by I’m So Pretty.
- Always apply a heat protectant when styling with heated tools.
- We do not recommend colouring, bleaching, or chemically altering the hair. Any such treatments are carried out entirely at your own risk.
4. Faulty Goods
All products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty:
- Faults must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- We may request photographic evidence or require the item to be returned for inspection.
- If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If returned items are found not to be faulty, they will be returned at your expense and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds may take several working days to process depending on your payment provider.
5. What Is Not Considered a Fault
The following are not classed as faults and are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Normal wear and tear (including split ends, tangling, or dryness).
- Damage from heat styling without protection, incorrect installation, or poor aftercare.
- Discolouration from chlorine, swimming pools, UV rays, sunbeds, or sun cream (a natural reaction, particularly in lighter shades).
- Issues caused by the use of non-Pretty Aftercare products or unapproved treatments.
6. Delivery, Shipping & Returns
Shipping

Where We Ship: We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processes.

Courier: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Services. A tracking number will be provided. A signature is required upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times

UK Orders: 2–5 working days.

International Orders: 7–14 working days (subject to customs clearance).
Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
- Orders are classed as lost if undelivered after 30 days (UK) or 45 days (International). At that point, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Safe Place & Neighbour Deliveries
- For your protection, we require a signature on delivery.
- If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
Returns
If you wish to return an item:
Step 1: Email customerservice@imsoprettyofficial.com with your name and order number.
Step 2: Once approved, you will receive a returns label. Alternatively, you may return the parcel yourself (include your name and order number inside).
Step 3: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after the item is received and inspected.

7. Liability
SDE Hair Ltd T/A I’m So Pretty will not be liable for:
- Loss of earnings due to delayed, faulty, or incorrect products.
- Damage resulting from improper fitting, lack of aftercare, or chemical treatments.
- Please note: Hair extensions are a semi-permanent beauty product. Longevity will depend on lifestyle, natural hair type, and maintenance.
8. Privacy & GDPR
- We process customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data collected (name, address, email, payment details) is used only to fulfil your order and provide customer service.
- We will never share your information with third parties except as required for order processing (e.g., Royal Mail).
- You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
