  • Send us 3 clear photos of your hair (front, side, and back)
  • Take photos in natural daylight (not direct sunlight)
  • No flash or filters
  • Hair down, with head + shoulders visible
  • Make sure the full length of your hair (including ends) is show

STEP 2

Receive Your Personalised Colour Match:

Our experts will carefully analyse your photos and recommend the perfect shade and tone of hair extensions to seamlessly blend with your natural hair.

STEP 3

Choose Your Hair Extensions:

Once you’ve received your personalised colour match, it’s time to choose your luxury hair extensions.

One of our team will send you a link to your perfect shade.

If you don’t match one of our 14 standard shades, don’t worry — our colour experts will create your custom colour to blend perfectly with your hair and provide you with instructions on how to order.

Please note:

  • A £50 fee applies as this is a specialised, made-to-order service that requires additional time and expertise.
  • As each custom colour is blended to your exact requirements, please allow up to 14 working days for processing before your order is ready.
